**Who are We?**

Trim Landscaping is a full-service landscaping company that provides commercial and large-scale high-end residential and landscaping services in Nova Scotia. We are continually growing and are looking to add Concrete Labourers to our team. We have done many design-build landscape projects like Argyle and Spring Garden streets, Queen’s Marque and Peggy Cove’s Viewing Deck

**Who are You?**

You are an experienced Concrete Finisher looking to grow and be a part of moving a business forward. You are trustworthy so that you can take on tasks and projects within your team with limited supervision. You are able to solve problems and willing to make a decision even if it’s a mistake so you can grow and learn. You are willing to work outside of your everyday tasks and do what needs to be done to get the job done.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform all tasks related to concrete finishing, including screeding, troweling, edging, and brooming to achieve the desired texture and appearance.
- Set up and prepare job sites for concrete pouring, ensuring proper formwork, reinforcement, and layout.
- Operate power tools and equipment such as concrete saws, grinders, and vibrators.
- Assist with concrete mixing and pouring as needed.
- Ensure that all safety guidelines and protocols are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in concrete finishing is preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with co workers
- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions

**Schedule**:

- 10-hour shift
- Monday-Friday
