We are growing our team and looking for a driven Asphalt Shingle Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from start to finish while leading crews, coordinating with clients, and upholding our standards of excellence.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage asphalt shingle projects from pre-site inspection to final walkthrough.
- Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
- Oversee crews to ensure quality workmanship, safety, and timelines are met.
- Coordinate with estimators, schedulers, and site supervisors on project details (overhangs, colors, ventilation, metal trims, etc.).
- Identify and manage change orders, scope adjustments, and client updates.
- Conduct progress checks and final inspections for quality control.
- Maintain accurate job documentation, safety compliance, and reporting.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
**Qualifications**:
- 3-5+ years of roofing or construction project management experience (asphalt shingles required).
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, building envelope details, and safety practices.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
- Proven ability to lead crews and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license (company truck provided).
- COR / safety certifications are an asset.
