**Job Overview**

As Vancouver’s largest plumbing, heating and air conditioning company continues to expand, we need to add more people to our award-winning team We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Clerk to join our team. With more than 120 service trucks on the road, we field a large volume of calls every day from people all over the Lower Mainland that need our help with their plumbing, drainage, heating and air conditioning service.

**Responsibilities**
- Communicate with Technicians to understand what parts are needed from vendors
- Communicate and prepare Purchase Orders to give to technicians and vendors
- Compare deliveries to orders and resolve any issues if necessary
- Ensure all tools and parts are needed by technicians and are included in the system
- Ensure invoices are correct before handing to AP team to make payment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in purchasing or supply chain management is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to talk to vendors and technicians over the phone and in person
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
