**Position Overview**: We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pro Shop Attendant at The Quarry. As a Pro Shop Attendant, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our members and guests while assisting with a variety of tasks, from retail sales to providing expert advice on golf equipment and apparel.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and offering golf-related recommendations on products, equipment, and accessories.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing retail space, ensuring products are properly stocked and displayed.
- Assist customers with purchasing golf equipment, apparel, and accessories, including offering knowledgeable guidance on club fittings, golf balls, gloves, shoes, and more.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Stay informed about the latest golf trends, products, and technology to better assist customers and enhance their experience.
- Support the overall maintenance of the pro shop and ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with golf course staff to assist in day-to-day operations and tournaments.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (or higher).
- Previous experience in a customer service or golf course environment is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Knowledge of golf and golf course etiquette.

**Work Schedule**:

- Weekends and holidays.
- Full-time.
- Season position, beginning and ending with the golf season.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Hourly wage of $17 per hour.

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)
