Sure-Form Contracting is seeking hard working individuals for full time employment as a general labourer and/or carpenters helper.

Founded in 1981, Sure-Form has grown into a multi-discipline general contractor in the following municipal sectors:

- Water Treatment Plants
- Water Reservoirs
- Wastewater Treatment Plants
- Sanitary Lift Stations
- Process Mechanical Fabrications and Installation
- Civil/Underground Infrastructure Installations

Our projects range from $500,000 up to $40,000,000.

As a construction labourer, you will be depended on to perform tasks involving physical labour around the site.

**Qualifications and/or requirements**:

- Knowledge of civil or commercial construction. A minimum of 5 years of recent commercial/industrial labor experience is a requirement.
- Ability to learn concrete and formwork methods
- A great work ethic with an ability to learn quickly
- Ability to take direction
- Ability to work outdoors as required
- Ability to handle and transport materials by hand
- Ability to operate light duty machinery around the site (IE. Skidsteer)
- Familiarity with power tools
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safety rules and Sure-Form's safety culture
- Valid class 5 drivers license and the ability to get to the project site
- _**Ability to pass a pre-access Alcohol and Drug Test**_
- HSE and Safety tickets are considered an asset (CSTS, fall protection, confined space, WHMIS, etc)
