Contract: 4 months

**About the Role**:
Some of the duties and responsibilities you will have will include:
- Updating and maintaining employee records on the Human Capital Management System (HCM)- Assist the HR team with responding to HR related requests and inquiries-
- Assist in executing HR programs and engagement activities that get employees excited about CMLS- Review resumes and conduct phone screens on applicants to verify skills and experience, as well as culture fit for the role within the given department- General HR administration and special projects support as required

**This role is for you if you have**:

- You are in the process of, or have completed, a bachelor’s degree (bonus points if your studies are focused on Human Resources or Business field of study)
- You have a keen interest in Human Resources as a career path
- You have previous customer service and/or administrative work experience
- You are detail oriented, and good with numbers & spreadsheets
- You are tech savvy and are comfortable using Microsoft Applications including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- You have experience working on projects and working towards deadlines
- You have proven ability to work independently, and as part of a team
- You are flexible, adaptable and interested in working for a growing and fast-paced organization
- You have sound judgment and are able to use discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
- You exhibit strong communication and presentation skills
