**SUMMARY**

We have an exciting career opportunity for a full-time fish scaler to become part of our growing team We are looking for individuals who can process seafood products so that they are ready for sale or for cooking in a restaurant.

**WORK SCHEDULE**

**Tuesday to Saturday from 1:00AM to 10AM.**

**KEY POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Scale fish efficiently and effectively.
- Assist in the packaging of fish products.
- Receive and store fish in accordance with established standards.
- Sanitize work area and properly handle products to adhere to food safety and health & safety standards.
- Comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Other duties as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred.
- Previous fish scaling experience is an asset.
- Knowledgeable of food safety practices.
- Basic math skills for measuring and weighing fish.
- Can lift up to 50 Ibs.
- Able to stand and work for extended periods of time in a refrigerated and wet environment.
- Able to receive and follow instructions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
