West Coast Auto & Leisure is located in Winnipeg and has been serving the community for over 20 years. We are locally owned and carry New RVs as well as pre-owned RVs and Vehicles. **Responsibilities**:

- Represent our brand in a professional, successful manner that results in repeat business and a positive customer experience
- Identify lead opportunities, as well as the potential for upsells
- Maintain or surpass sales quota expectations
- Speak with customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues
- Demonstrates vehicle features and takes customers on test drives.
- Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating prices, and completing sales and purchasing contracts.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous sales experience
- Impeccable interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong sense of ethics and business acumen
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, while contributing to team-wide efforts
- Excellent communication skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Strong product knowledge with skills to properly relay information to clients
- Excellent ability to read consumers and gauge their product needs
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain a good relationship with them

**Hours**:
Monday
- Friday: 9AM-6PM, Saturdays: 9AM-5PM (with a day off during the week in leiu)

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
