**Responsibilities of this Position**:
Assist Purchasing & Logistics with day-to-day tasks.

Accurately analyze sales and purchasing reports and abide by report parameters outlined by Management.

Communicate with overseas partners to build relationships.

Work with various internal departments on a daily basis.

Must abide by all company policies.

Must strictly adhere to confidentiality.

Organizing and filing.

Other duties as required.

**Qualifications that you bring to the position**:
Advanced-level knowledge and capability with MS Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Applicants chosen for an interview will be tested further on their computer skills.

Attention to detail and above average organization skills.

Effective communication skills. Written, verbal, active listening in English.

Must have the ability to work well alone and in a group environment.

Logistics experience is an asset but not necessary.

Experience with Sage 300/ACCPAC or other accounting software is an asset but not necessary.

Analytical and problem-solving skills are an asset.

**Position Application Oversight**:
You must have excellent math skills, problem solving, organization, initiative and computer skills.

You will be tested on Excel and math.

You must be a thorough person who always sees a job through to the end.

Sage 300 ERP (formerly ACCPAC) is a specialized ERP and can be taught, but you must have the computer skill basics to move up from there to learning Sage 300 ERP.

While math and computer experience are vital for this position, they are not the most important qualifications for you to be successful in Purchasing.

Being a self-starter that can organize and prioritize their time throughout the day as situations arise.

Taking responsibility for your decisions and actions.

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
