We are looking to expand our team with motivated & dedicated mortgage professionals who are passionate about advancing their career by helping borrowers reach their financial goals with the best mortgage approval for either a new home purchase or refinancing their existing property.

By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to tap into all the resources that come from the Pineapple mortgage brokerage network. This is an in-house mortgage agent position, you be required to be in the office Monday - Friday during working hours. The benefits of being a part of our team will be as follows:

- LEADS provided on monthly basis - minmum of 20 per month (verified using our own advertising campaigns)
- A desk and personal working space provided including a dedicated phone for outgoing calls to clients and leads.
- Use of all the office facilities
- Full onboarding and training through both Pineapple Financial and our internal procedures
- Online deal portal/management system
- CRM system proprietary to brokerage
- cloud storage solutions for all filing requirements
- Regular updates on rates, lending programs from brokerage and lenders direct
- Direct access to underwriting & compliance on all files, take the risk out of your hands to ensure your deals are completely approved and funded
- Bonus pay structure available with various lenders based on volumes hit
- Access to most major banks, B lenders, credit unions, trust companies, alternative lenders & private lenders across the province for all types of deals
- Monthly & quarterly lender presentations through the Pineapple Financial head office
- Receive continuous support & training from our experienced Broker of Record & senior management

If you are committed to working hard full time and are driven to succeed, your earning potential based on the leads we provide will be $5,000 - $10,000 per month.
