Your Role
- Represent and guide buyers and sellers through every step of their real estate journey
- Build trust through client meetings, timely follow-ups, and professional presentations
- Convert leads into sales through prospecting, follow-up, and value-driven service
- Manage and maintain accurate client data and communication
- Attend regular team meetings and participate in coaching and training

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent in Mandarin (required)**:

- Based in the **Greater Toronto Area**, preferably in or near Richmond Hill
- Valid Ontario Real Estate License
- Minimum **1 year of experience** as a licensed real estate agent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
