Connectra Technologies is looking for **Independent Contractors and Small Contracting Companies across North**America for installation, preventative maintenance and repair dispatches in the field as per the standard installation practices, following all policies and procedures and maintaining a safe working area. If you are a qualified professional in the **Data and/or Network Field and interested in** increasing revenue and expanding your business, we would like to partner with you for field services.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Data Cabling
- Network Equipment Installations and Configurations
- Installation, Preventative Maintenance and Repair dispatches
- Performing work in Telecommunications, Network Infrastructure
- Installation of equipment (Modems, Routers, Switches), Demarc Extensions(Extending CAT5 Cable/Terminations), LAN Drops, as well as working with customer help desks to configure equipment
- The security work includes installation of equipment (Panels, Keypads, Motions, etc) as well as working with customer helpdesk to configure equipment
- Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining the proper solutions
- Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
- Managing all On-Site Installations, Repairs, Maintenance and Test Tasks
- Producing timely and detailed service reports
- Following all the procedures and protocols of the company
- Cooperating with the technical team
- Building positive relationships with customers

**Knowledge and Skills required**:

- A qualified professional in the Data and/or Network Field
- Experience in a Customer Service Oriented position
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload
- Proficient with computers including Microsoft Office programs
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
