**Transport Manager**

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee daily operations of the facility, including but not limited to:

- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the transportation and compliance operations
- Create additional policies and procedures for the developing business
- Maintain internal training process
- Manage customer loads and aggregate data tracking
- Ensure trucks are properly maintained
- Arrange repair and routine maintenance
- Update load sheets when necessary
- Safety Compliance for McLean Fuels and Fuel Donkey
- Maintain and complete all records for safety including: National Safety Code manual maintenance, General safety binders - remove and update policies and procedures
- Ensure all drivers and operators have the correct and up-to-date qualifications
- Maintain COR certification
- Post driver positions, interview, road test and hire new drivers
- Driver onboarding
- Implement internal training process
- Manage drivers: Quarterly performance reviews, Provide mentorship and training to drivers and dispatch
- Monthly driver meeting - hazard assessments and toolbox talks
- Obtain terminal badges
- Continue developing relationships with terminals and operators
- Assist in future integration of onboard truck systems
- Technology lead for Geotab and Danatec - understand systems, support staff, utilize programs
- Other duties as assigned by management

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 2+ years of management experience.
- Must be able to pass a background check with DHS.
