Under the direction of the Corporate Sales & Development Manager, the branch manager is responsible for the management of the branch and of its employees. The primary function of this position is to ensure the growth of sales and profitability as well as the coordination of all the operations of the branch.

**Responsibilities**:

- Recruit, hire and train new employees.
- Supervise and manage the team of corporate account managers, telephone sales consultants and in-store sales consultants.
- Build and consolidate a successful and results-oriented team.
- Maintain a work environment conducive to teamwork, productivity and staff development.
- Work closely with the team to ensure high quality service to our clients.
- Support the corporate account managers in the management of their customer accounts.
- Analyze sales and profitability.
- Be the resource person to solve problems or answer questions about prices, delivery, etc.
- Support the team by answering customers when there is a high level of activity in the store.
- Manage all aspects of the branch (expense, aesthetic, hygienic, relational and logistic).
- Prepare and analyze the activity reports asked by the direction.
- Prepare various submissions and participate to work meeting.
- Experience in staff management
- Responsible, sense of organization and priorities
- Customer approach and leadership.
- Own a car.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 3-5 of experience in sales and/or customer service.
- Experience in staff management
- Responsible, sense of organization and priorities
- Customer approach and leadership.
- Reliable vehicle transportation
- All applicants must be legally able to work in Canada without sponsorship

SUPREME BASICS compensation program includes a base salary, commission, a bonus structure, mileage reimbursement and a cell phone allowance. **Salary**: $1,125.00 per week
