Sicard RV is currently seeking a Financial Services Manager to join our busy dealership. As a Finance Manager you will help to grow our business by providing quality products and services to customers to enhance the purchase of their vehicle.

The Financial Services Manager is responsible for managing the financial aspects of RV transactions at the dealership. They work closely with customers to secure financing, offer insurance products, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. The FSM plays a key role in maximizing revenue and providing excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with customers to understand their financing needs and creditworthiness.
- Present and explain financing options available for RV purchases.
- Analyze credit reports and financial statements to assess customer creditworthiness.
- Work with financial institutions to secure competitive interest rates and terms.
- Secure financing approvals from financial institutions.
- Offer and explain various insurance products such as extended warranties, and protection packages.
- Provide information on coverage, benefits, and costs associated with insurance products.
- Facilitate the purchase of insurance products, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Prepare and review all finance and insurance documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to finance and insurance transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the financing process.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide clear explanations of financial terms and conditions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maximize revenue through the promotion of add-on products and services.
- Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets set by the dealership.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years’ experience as a Financial Services Manager
- OMVIC Certified
- Previous experience in automotive or RV financing and insurance.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and lending practices.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple customers at one time
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
