**Position Overview**
We are currently seeking qualified **Lane Closure Technicians (LCTs)** for on-call and casual work in the **Lower Mainland**. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the safety of road users and construction crews through proper traffic control setup and maintenance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Set up and maintain traffic control zones, including signs, cones, and barricades
- Follow approved Traffic Management Plans and safety procedures
- Assist vehicles and equipment entering/exiting job sites
- Complete daily barricade reports and maintain clear documentation
- Communicate effectively with drivers, operators, and on-site personnel
- Provide guidance and support to other site workers on traffic and equipment safety
- Perform other related duties as required

**Qualifications**
- Valid **BCCSA Traffic Control Person (TCP) Certification**:

- Minimum of **2 years' experience** as a Lane Closure Technician
- **Paving experience** is considered an asset
- Valid **BC Class 5 Driver’s License** with a clean abstract
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Knowledge of general construction site safety and flagging procedures
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
