**Job Overview**

Sportmed Max is a well-established, high-volume **multidisciplinary private clinic** in Dieppe, NB. We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused **Osteopath** to join our collaborative healthcare team on a full-time or part-time basis.

**What You’ll Do**
- Perform comprehensive osteopathic assessments and provide individualized, hands-on treatment
- Develop and implement treatment plans aimed at improving function, reducing pain, and supporting long-term patient outcomes
- Educate patients on their condition, treatment approach, and self-management strategies
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including physiotherapists, massage therapists, certified athletic therapists, and a sports medicine physician
- Participate in interdisciplinary referrals and case discussions when appropriate
- Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation using an electronic medical record system
- Adhere to professional standards, scope of practice, and ethical guidelines
- Contribute positively to a respectful, team-oriented clinic culture

**Compensation & Benefits**

This is an **employed (T4), commission-based position** offering stability and excellent earning potential.

**Our package includes**:

- **45% commission on collected billings** _(includes paid vacation and statutory holiday pay)_

- **$2,000/year continuing education allowance**:

- **Employer-paid CPP, EI, and WorkSafe NB contributions**:

- Full administrative support including **billing, scheduling, and marketing**

When employer-paid benefits and statutory contributions are included, this structure is **comparable to a traditional 60/40 commission model**, while offering greater financial stability than contractor-based roles.

**Expected Earnings**
- Full-time osteopaths typically earn **$85,000-$120,000+ annually**, depending on caseload and schedule.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice (DOMP) or equivalent
- Eligible to practice in New Brunswick
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, patient-centred mindset
- Interest in working within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
