Performance Account Manager

Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- 5+ years relevant experience in a client facing role including but not limited to digital marketing, analytics etc.
- Proven track record of delivering results (including revenue targets) and significantly contributing to advertiser revenue growth
- Strive to delight our customers by becoming a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Ads solutions
- Take a consultative approach to optimizing customer’s advertising campaigns through the use of data and Amazon insights
- Manage a portfolio of advertisers using business analytics expertise to proactively identify and realize opportunities to increase revenue and performance.
- Support the development of these advertisers ongoing independent growth and success by evaluating KPIs and optimizing campaign performance using a data driven approach
- Educate advertisers on performance metrics, insights, and how to achieve greater results on Amazon
- Monitor account performance for optimal ROI and advertiser satisfaction
- Retain and grow revenue from your book of business of existing advertisers
- Achieve upsell goals through insight driven recommendations BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of digital advertising or equivalent experience
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Excellent oral and written communication and ability to influence internally and externally
- Demonstrated ability with interpreting large data sets to make recommendations to clients or customers and/or internal partners
- An ability to deal with ambiguity. Can deliver results and drive change in loosely defined situations
- Outstanding MS Office skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Digital Advertising focused degree and/or coursework
- Display advertising sales/marketing experience
- Programmatic advertising experience
- Ecommerce advertising experience
