**Position Overview**

The **Game Day Director** is a dynamic and crucial role responsible for orchestrating all aspects of the fan experience during home games. From pre-game planning to post-game wrap-ups, you will ensure every element of game day entertainment runs seamlessly.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute innovative and engaging game day fan experience plans.
- Coordinate pre-game, in-game, and post-game activities, including ceremonial pitches, anthem singers, and on-field promotions and interactive fan engagement activities.
- Collaborate with the stadium announcers to create energetic and engaging scripts that elevate the game atmosphere.
- Manage the music director and in-game host and ensure their performance aligns with the game day energy and fan engagement.
- Schedule and manage guest performances, contests, and sponsor activations.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure the stadium is ready for fans and staff on game days.
- Act as the primary point of contact for certain game day staff and ensure all departments are aligned and informed.
- Assist with post-game reviews to identify areas for improvement in fan engagement and operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in live event production, sports entertainment, or game day operations.
- Knowledge of Baseball order of events and fan experience an asset.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams and working collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and thrive under pressure.
- Some familiarity with audio/visual production equipment and technology is a plus.
- Passion for sports, entertainment, and creating exceptional fan experiences.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the game schedule.
- Class 5 License and the ability to lift 25lbs. Must be physically fit for the duties of this role.
