**Responsibilities**
- Receive and greet in person and phone enquiries with professional and kind attention to determine the assistance required.
- Thoroughly gather information & details in order to best assist the client / enquiry.
- Accurately and thoroughly document and pass along information to co-workers and others.
- Receive payments for in store and on account purchases.
- Receive deliveries and complete unpacking & set up as required.
- Maintain a clean and tidy store and work space.

**Qualifications**
- You’re passionate about Customer Service and you’re able to perform various tasks simultaneously.
- Ideally have a minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role either in a retail or health care setting.
- High school diploma, completed.
- Have a friendly and dynamic personality - You must be a good listener in order to build a relationship of trust with the client.
- Ease and comfort working in a computerized environment.

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
