As a **Record Center Specialist**, you are responsible for the preparation, receipt and processing of confidential and secure customer documents. You are a key part of our growing company in providing the best experience for our customers.

**Your Daily Responsibilities**

As a **Record Center Specialist**, you are the public face of Access Information Management.
- You will prepare all materials, computer cartridges and boxes of confidential documents for delivery to customers;
- You will retrieve boxes of documents weighing up to 35 pounds each.
- You will utilize a handheld scanner for document scanning.
- You will place the retrieved boxes on a pallet.
- You will operate a manual pallet jack for material handling.
- You will utilize a two-way radio for communication.
- You will assist the Transportation Specialists in loading and unloading company vehicles;
- You will process all incoming and outgoing orders using a barcode scanner;
- You will investigate and resolve any discrepancies in orders;
- You will prepare the necessary documents for the day's deliveries.
- You will also perform any other tasks and projects assigned by your Supervisor.
- For the initial (3) three months, the schedule will entail 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, followed by a transition to a (4) four-day workweek with 10-hour shifts for the subsequent (9) nine months.

**Note: This position is available on a (1) one-year contract basis.**

**More about you**
- Physical ability to lift boxes weighing up to 35 pounds consistently throughout the day;
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week

Pay: $18.50-$19.50 per hour
