**Overview**:
This full time Retail Support Centre (RSC) position provide store and warehouse with friendly and professional service while carrying out the day to day functions of the warehouse environment Actively contribute to a positive and productive working environment.
- Provide customer service to meet customer needs
- Maintain mailroom computer and organization of store flyers and mail
- Ensure timely distribution of internal and external mail
- Tracing missing shipments
- Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) of power jack and/or forklift to complete tasks
- Investigate mail irregularities, arrange for replacement mail, and make delivery arrangements
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment as per company requirements
- Perform other duties as required

**Job Requirements**:

- minimum 2 years experience with MHE in a warehouse environment
- Ability to multi task, and work independently in a fast paced environment
- Basic mathematical skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office (i.e. excel, word and outlook)
- High School Diploma
- Above average oral and written communication skills
- Team player
- May be required to lift up to 88lbs
- Sitting for long periods of time; may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time
- Using a computer keyboard and mouse for long periods of time
