We’re looking for a leader who:

- Bring **5+ years of direct sales experience** (fitness industry experience is a plus)

**What You’ll Do**:
As a District Studio Manager, you’ll:

- Oversee and support Studio Managers to execute sales and marketing strategies that drive year-over-year growth
- Cultivate relationships with team members, members, and the local community to promote studio success
- Ensure all studios meet and exceed performance metrics, from lead generation to member satisfaction
- Build and support a strong leadership pipeline for future opportunities across the market

**Additional Requirements**:
This role requires frequent travel between studio locations, so a reliable method of transportation is essential. You’ll be compensated for kilometers traveled.
