**About the Role**

We are looking for a **driven and persuasive Outbound Sales Cold Caller** to join our dynamic team. You will be the first point of contact for property management companies and condo board presidents, introducing them to our cutting-edge heat pump solutions. Your mission**:book qualified appointments** for our VP of Capital Projects to close deals and drive energy-efficient upgrades in residential buildings.

This is a high-impact role with **direct exposure to senior leadership** and **significant career growth potential** in a rapidly expanding industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound cold calls to property managers and condo board presidents.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the VP of Capital Projects.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and outcomes in the CRM.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and quarterly KPIs.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to continuously optimize outreach strategies and maintain a robust prospect database.

**What We’re Looking For**
- No experience is required.
- Strong relationship building and managing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence and resilience in handling objections.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of HVAC, energy efficiency, or property management is an asset.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Base Salary**: $20/hour, paid weekly.
- **Incentive**: If ten appointments are booked in a week, $200 bonus will be granted.
