**Responsibilities**:
As a Commercial Project Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in the success of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Software Savvy**: Experience in the Microsoft 365 Suite is a must. You'll be our technology guru, using these tools to streamline and enhance project coordination.
- **Project Documentation**: Have a working knowledge of construction project documentation, including RFI's, Stat Decs, Submittals, CCO's etc. You'll be our go-to person for keeping project documentation organized.
- **Mechanical Expertise**: General knowledge of mechanical project documentation is essential. This may include reading plans, commercial project documentation, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and more.
- **Certifications**: Individuals with certifications such as Mechanical Engineering Technologist, Refrigeration Mechanic, or Sheet Metal Tech will receive preference.
- **Basic Computing Skills**: You should have a working knowledge of basic computing skills, including a typing speed of 40 words per minute or higher.
- **Multitasking Maestro**: You'll be a self-starter who can efficiently manage multiple projects, all while paying meticulous attention to detail.
- **Documentation Guru**: Sorting, filing, and producing necessary project documentation and job files will be an integral part of your role.

**Deal Breakers**:
We are looking for someone with experience in these areas and qualifications. Individuals without any experience in the mechanical trade or any knowledge of Microsoft Suite software will not be considered.

**Salary Range**: Competitive salary range based on experience, ranging from $60,000 to $90,000 annually.
