**Position: Plant Supervisor**

The Plant Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and managing the production process of a designated plant. This includes overseeing staff, coordinating and scheduling production, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining production records.

**Core Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily activities of assigned plant.
- Ensure that all staff members are working in a safe, productive manner according to company standards and as per the Plant Manager’s instructions.
- Ensure that all safety procedures are being followed at all times.
- Coordinate and schedule production activities and ensure that all staff are working on time and on task.
- Ensure that all safety procedures are being followed at all times.
- Maintain records of production data for management purposes.
- Report any non-conforming behavior of equipment or products.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Director of operations.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong supervisory skills and experience with metal fabrication operations preferred, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with others and report issues in a timely manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $37.00-$41.00 per hour
