**Responsibilities**:

- Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs and office space.
- Washes shop floor as needed.
- Cleans washrooms and replenishes bathroom supplies daily.
- Cleans the lunchroom daily.
- Empties trash and garbage containers.
- Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
- Replaces light bulbs.
- Maintains building, performing minor and routine painting, and other related maintenance activities.
- Cleans snow and debris from sidewalk.
- Mows lawns, trims shrubbery, and cultivates flowers.
- Comply with all relevant Health and Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.
- Expected to have a positive attitude and promote a healthy work environment.
- Such other services as determined by management from time to time.

**Requirements and Environment**
- G drivers license required
- Criminal Record Check
- Manual dexterity required to complete maintenance and repairs.
- Will stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, handle, and feel.
- Will use hand and power tools.
- Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Overtime as required.
- Exposure to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes, and other hazardous and nonhazardous materials.
