Head Bartender

**Full job description**

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 3 years Bartending experience
- Minimum 3 years Serving experience
- Full time, open availability (weekends, late nights)
- Detailed knowledge of spirits, wine and beer
- Knowledge of mixology; creating and crafting balanced cocktails
- Understanding of classic cocktail methods and bar tools
- Knowledge of Classic Cocktail recipes
- Previous experience leading a team
- Strong wine knowledge an asset

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Mix and serve drinks following standard provided recipes
- Provide cocktail, wine, beer and menu suggestions to guests
- Ability to serve guests/tables while making drinks for the restaurant
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Creating and evolving the cocktail list
- Ensuring all Bartenders' performances meet expectations
- Assist with inventory and inventory control
- Menu costing
- Daily and weekly cleaning/stocking duties to maintain the bar area and restaurant

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
