The RBC Convention Centre Winnipeg has an opening for a full-time position of Event Coordinator.

Reporting directly to the Manager, Event Services, this position liaises with clients for all aspects of event planning and coordination of services, and as such, is a high profile representative of the Centre.

The Event Coordinator ensures the successful outcome of events through consultation with the client, and the timely planning and communication of all service requirements.

The Event Coordinator evaluates the client's needs and proposes solutions for food and beverage, set-up and all other services provided by the Centre and outside service providers. Banquet and menu planning are importatnt components of the Event Coordinator's duties.
