Flatbed Dispatcher

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Flatbed Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. The Dispatcher will play a crucial role in coordinating transportation logistics, ensuring timely delivery of freight, and maintaining effective communication with drivers and clients. This position requires proficiency in transportation management systems and a solid understanding of supply chain operations.

**Duties**
- Manage and coordinate daily dispatch operations to ensure efficient routing of freight.
- Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments and optimize delivery schedules.
- Communicate effectively with drivers regarding pick-up and delivery instructions.
- Maintain accurate data entry for shipping and receiving activities.
- Analyze shipment data to identify trends and improve operational efficiency.
- Handle multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls from clients and drivers.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to streamline processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all dispatch activities.

**Skills**
- Proficient in transportation management systems.
- Strong understanding Flatbed Operation, supply chain processes and freight operations.
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Effective analysis skills to assess operational performance and implement improvements.
- Outstanding phone etiquette and communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
- Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures is preferred.

Pay: $17.90-$24.60 per hour
