**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Estimate Vehicle Repair Costs**: Review photos of damaged vehicles to help estimate repair costs.
- **Coordinate with Repair Shops**: Send photos of vehicles to repair shops to get quotes, pricing, and service details.
- **Schedule Repairs and Services**: Assist in scheduling repair services for vehicles to be sent to repair shops.
- **Manage Invoices**: Help with organizing and processing invoices for repair services.
- **Support High Volume Work**: Assist with managing a high number of estimates and appointments in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: No prior automotive experience required - training will be provided. Passion and knowledge of the automotive industry is an asset.
- **Skills**: Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with management and vendors.
- **License**: Valid driver's license.
- **Work Authorization**: Legally authorized to work in Canada
- _Location:_ Must be able to commute to **Mississauga**
