**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Load and unload boxes of baked goods & food, ensuring proper handling of items.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking shipments and obtaining signatures.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
- Assist in the maintenance of delivery vehicles, including basic automotive repair as needed.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair principles is preferred.
- Familiarity with freight handling procedures and regulations.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers.
- Attention to detail in completing paperwork and ensuring accuracy in deliveries.
