**What You’ll Do**
- **Lead with Impact**: Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- **Collaborate & Coordinate**: Oversee subcontractors, trades, and field personnel to deliver exceptional results.
- **Maintain Excellence**: Enforce quality standards, safety regulations, and construction techniques.
- **Resolve Challenges**: Address issues head-on while ensuring compliance with design and building regulations.
- **Document Progress**: Keep detailed records, update Procore, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

**What You Bring**
- **Experience**: 3-10 years in construction management or as a Foreman on medium-complexity commercial projects.
- **Education/Certification**: Bachelor’s degree, diploma in Construction Management, or Red Seal Journeyperson certification.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office and construction software, plus strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- **Certifications**: First Aid & CPR, CSTS, WHMIS, Leadership for Safety Excellence, and other client-required courses.
- **Mindset**: A mix of humble pride, fierce resolve, accountability, adaptability, and adventurous spirit.

**The Essentials**
- Valid provincial driver’s license.
- Ability to work long hours, lift up to 50 lbs., and pass a pre-access drug & alcohol test if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Overtime

**Experience**:

- Commercial construction: 3 years (required)
