**What to Expect in this Role**:

The CDP is responsible for ensuring that all client documentation required is completed promptly using the 4Cs: concisely, coherently, and considerately.
The individuals living in these homes range in their levels of independence as well as their levels of communication. Staff will be provided with Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training if they do not currently have it and will be expected to be competent and confident to use CPI skills as needed, as situations could occur when verbal de-escalation or holds are required. You will provide these individuals with direct support to help them meet their goals and live their lives to the fullest. You will follow the individualized support plans for each individual to help them work towards and achieve their goals. The Individuals you work with may require personal care, such as driving and accompanying them to medical appointments, communicating with guardians, assisting in ISP planning, attending community outings, or providing assistance with their daily activities.
With a passion for supporting people with disabilities, you will

- Assisting with daily housekeeping chores, including cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc.
- Proactively identify and develop solutions for client concerns
