We are currently in search of a talented and ambitious Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in driving our business growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare detailed proposals and sales presentations.
- Collaborate with the management team to set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve these targets.
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role in the staffingindustry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- sales: 2 years (preferred)
- B2B sales: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
