**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Experience**:
**Operations**:
Supporting job scheduling and supply orders
Training and Development of the operations team
Internal and customer facing communication

**Sales & Marketing**:
Management of brand referral program & online reviews
Connecting with existing customers and vendors on any specials, promotions, new materials

**Administration**:
Job profit input and reporting
Invoicing and A/R Management
Day-to-day admin support as needed for the General Manager

**About you**:
2+ years of experience managing various operational & administrative tasks
5+ years of work experience in sales, customers service, operations and/or other relevant business areas
You love hitting and exceeding goals
You have a passion for growing winning teams
You have experience in and enjoy multi tasking and being involved with different areas of the business while focusing on overall business goals
Strong decision making skills and interest in being part of a growing home service business
