**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their service needs and concerns.
- Provide detailed explanations of repair services and maintenance options, utilizing your mechanical knowledge to enhance customer understanding.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service recommendations, and sales transactions, ensuring all cash handling procedures are followed.
- Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs and vehicle condition, contributing to overall sales goals.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicles.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a courteous manner, fostering positive relationships with clients.
- Stay updated on automotive repair trends and dealership processes to provide informed recommendations.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a dealership environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- A background in mechanics or automotive repair is highly desirable, providing an understanding of technical aspects related to vehicle maintenance.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Sales experience is an advantage, particularly in upselling services or products related to automotive care.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and maintaining accurate financial records.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
