**Responsibilities** **& Qualifications**
- Greet patrons with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Addressing inquiries, resolving issues & providing service ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain records.
- Process payments.
- Assist with filing & Organizing documents ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Support the team with administrative tasks to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Previous experience in a Registry office.
- Strong customer service skills having empathy, and passion for helping customers.
- Proficient in computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
- Providing counter services to Clients in Motor Vehicles, Drivers Licensing, Alberta Health, vital statistics & Corporate registry area.
- Continuous learning with changing regulations.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
