We’re DKI-Pro Pacific, a trusted name in restoration across Vancouver Island. We’re looking for a **File Manager** who’s sharp, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you’ve got an eye for detail and love keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes — we want to hear from you.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Be the frontline for incoming calls, new job intake, and PO Hotline inquiries.
- Keep project files accurate and up to date with detailed notes and documentation.
- Support project managers and field supervisors by sharing updates, helping plan next steps, and ensuring timelines stay on track.
- Make sure all monthly invoicing is accurate and follows company and client protocols.
- Ensure the on-time completion of key process milestones; deductible payments, work authorizations and completion certificates.
- Review and approve daily technician timesheets against scheduled work.

**What You Bring**:

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn proprietary software
- Experience reviewing invoices, tracking job costs, and managing billing tasks
- Sharp attention to detail and solid organizational skills
- Top-notch communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $52,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
