**THE POSITION**

We’re looking for a top talent Group Fitness Trainer/Coach who demonstrate the following personal attributes:

**Key Responsibilities**
- Demonstrate and deliver highly energetic and fun pre-programmed F45 workouts
- Ensure that all members are getting attention during class, performing exercises safely and correctly while keeping them motivated and encouraged.
- Able to give regressions and progressions for all exercises
- Conduct in person, goal-oriented consultations with all trial members
- Ensure training floor and equipment is clean and tidy before, during and after each class
- Assist in membership growth and retention
- Light service desk responsibilities
- Set up, break down and store equipment before and/ or after classes
- Regularly shoot videos and pictures that will be distributed on social media channels.

**Qualifications**
- Must have a nationally accredited current fitness certification - certifications: canfitpro, ISSA, NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA
- 1-year minimum experience as a group or personal fitness trainer
- A strong passion for the fitness industry and helping clients reach their maximum potential
- Sales experience and a strong social media presence are considered assets
- Must maintain a current CPR/First Aid/AED certification
- Post-Secondary education related to the health and fitness industry (Kinesiology, Physical Therapy, Physical Education or PTA) considered an asset

**Job Types**: Contract, Part-time

Part-time hours: 5-15 per week

Salary Range: $25.00-$30.00 per class

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Weekday mornings, evenings
- Weekend mornings
- On call
