**Job description**

TROES Corp is a Canadian advanced energy storage technology company focusing on distributed energy storage products and systems. We develop, design, manufacture and deliver high-performance energy storage systems that integrate our proprietary Battery Modules, Battery Management Systems (BMS), Enclosures and Power Conversion System (PCS).

**Responsibilities**:
Sales Support and Deal Follow-Up:

- Prepare sales presentations and proposal documents tailored to existing inquiries to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Regularly communicate with potential customers to deepen deal opportunities, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and how the company’s offerings can meet them.
- Precisely manage and follow up on selected sales leads and deals, from initial contacts to maturity, adhering to the sales process to maximize conversion rates.
- Use the CRM system to meticulously record all sales activities, ensuring data completeness and accuracy for reliable tracking and analysis.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets by effectively managing sales activities and leveraging opportunities for growth.

CRM Management:

- Ensure the CRM system is utilized to its full potential to track all stages of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Regularly update the CRM with accurate information on sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards sales targets.

Customer Interaction and Management:

- Exhibit basic selling skills, including effective communication, negotiation, time management, and customer service, to engage and win over potential clients.
- Respond quickly to customer inquiries and feedback, demonstrating the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Customize selling documents according to customer requirements, showing flexibility and attention to detail in meeting their needs.
- Screen and classify customers effectively, identifying those with the highest potential for long-term partnership and sales success.
- Continuous Learning and Improvement:

- Display a strong capacity for learning, quickly absorbing product knowledge and company processes to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Stay informed about best practices in using CRM systems and other sales tools, ensuring efficient tracking and management of the sales process.
- Proactive Project Management:

- Maintain close attention to each project being followed, proactively initiating the next steps to move towards deal closing.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to achieving sales targets.

**The Requirement**:

- Proficiency in basic selling skills, including communication, negotiation, and time management.
- Quick responsiveness to customer needs and queries.
- Ability to tailor selling documents to meet specific customer requirements.
- Competence in screening and classifying potential customers for targeted sales efforts.
- Strong learning ability to quickly grasp product knowledge and internal processes.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools, enhancing effectiveness in tracking and managing the sales process.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
