We are looking for a Telephone Sales Representative.*

**We can rely on you to**:

- Help inbound and outbound patients in a courteous, timely, and professional manner, making sure they always feel heard
- Listen to patients, understand their needs, and resolve any barriers they're facing by either addressing them yourself or redirecting them to the right place
- Utilize systems and technology to accurately document and process patient interactions in the appropriate systems
- Follow all required scripts, policies, and procedures to deliver customer service the Mednow way

**Your must haves**:

- Experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, back-office, chat, and/or administrative support
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and considerate)
- Tech savvy, meaning you can comfortably navigate between Google Suite, Excel, a CRM, and any other software that gets thrown your way
**You'll get bonus points for**:

- Experience in health tech
