**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at BarkBrew Coffee. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and their pets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and more, following BarkBrew Coffee's recipes and standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons, greeting them warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including coffee preparation areas, equipment, and dining areas.
- Uphold BarkBrew Coffee's brand image and standards, ensuring that all products are presented professionally and according to company guidelines.
- Engage with customers and their pets, creating a friendly and welcoming environment for all guests.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning down the coffee bar and preparing for the next day's operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred, but not required.
- Passion for coffee and providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable working around pets and interacting with pet owners.
- Food Safe certification considered an asset.

**Salary**: $21.65 per hour
