**Responsibilities**:
Customer Interaction:
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing client questions and concerns.
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or information gathering.
- Provide accurate information about our services and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
Problem Resolution:
- Listen actively to client needs and offer timely, effective solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams while ensuring client satisfaction.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain detailed call logs and update customer records in our database.
- Assist with scheduling appointments or relaying messages as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Problem solving and initiative.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
