The Deal Processing Administrator:

**Key Accountabilities**:
- Relationship Management - Interacts with multiple internal and external contacts to exchange standard work-related information; probes for information to investigate and resolve problems.
- Customer Focus - Interprets and understands current company policies and procedures. Has the ability to effectively communicate information to internal and external contacts of all levels.
- Results Delivery - Resolves standard issues independently and reviews non-standard issues in order to determine correct action required.
- Strives for Excellence - Provides work assistance and support to immediate team, branch managers and branch admin staff.
**Role Overview**:
The Deal Processing Administrator:
- manages, reviews and processes real estate transactions ensuring documentation and set up in system is complete and complies with company policies, procedures and regulations,
- communicates and investigates with management and support staff on outstanding items including collection of outstanding commission payments,
- has a solid knowledge of all company policies related to their role and also has a basic knowledge of other company policies,
- has a thorough understanding of Real Estate deal processing and closing including experience in setting up transactions and paying commissions.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Review, set up and update real estate transactions ensuring compliance to regulations.
- Commission collection and preparing payments to realtors and outside parties
- Provide backup assistance for other Administrators when they are absent/on vacation and as required
- Communicates with Branch Managers, Administrators, Realtors, other Brokerages and Lawyers on various issues including missing documentation and requirements
**Other**:
- Electronic and manual filing of documents
- Train as backup to other roles in the accounting department
- Collaborate with team members and others within the organization to support the development and improvement of business solutions
- Continuously re-align priorities and objectives to meet changing business needs
**Technology**:
- Use technological solutions to improve work processes and efficiencies.
- Ensure skill levels are maintained to allow appropriate use of systems and software, and be willing to upgrade skills as required
**Qualifications**:
- Secondary Education
- Previous Business Experience - Minimum 2 years of experience in a real estate brokerage environment or a real estate law practice, including experience processing transactions and calculating payments to Realtor or other Brokerages.
- Ability to solve routine problems independently and analyze complex issues for possible resolutions
- Proficient in Adobe, Microsolf Outlook, Word, Excel and BrokerWolf (Lonewolf), and SkySlope
- Outstanding communication skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal English required

**Salary**: $40,610.00-$45,999.00 per year
