As the Manager of Nancy Island Operations, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of a historically significant provincial park, guiding capital development projects, land management, and public programming. **Please note**:
The Operations Manager is expected to be on-site five days a week. Huronia Historical Parks sites are open seven days per week during peak season and sporadically throughout the off season. The role also requires weekend, evening, and night work based on operational needs. There is also travel to various locations and other HHP sites in the area.

Deliver on Business Goals and Priorities
Your leadership will be crucial in guiding the team towards the achievement of their business goals. It will be your responsibility to inspire and motivate your team to deliver their best performance and align the team's daily actions with the strategic vision of the ministry. As the Manager, you will:

- Serve as the primary representative and voice of the Wasaga Beach / Nancy Island Historic Site.
- Oversee all aspects of site operations including programming, maintenance, and retail.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality guest services and visitor experiences.
- Lead the hiring, training, and management of a multidisciplinary team.
- Coordinate and develop integrated tourism packages and programs in collaboration with local tourism organizations and municipal governments.
- Manage capital projects and site development initiatives, particularly during the early stages of expansion.
- Foster and expand community partnerships to enhance site visibility and
