We are looking for a **full-time regional manager** with excellent interpersonal skills to support the operations of our two retail locations on Vancouver Island. This role will expand to include another two stores in the Fraser Valley, and with that regular trips to the mainland would be required. On average once per week.

This is a unique opportunity where you will be organizing daily operations and continuing to help build upon excellent customer service by providing support and guidance to store managers and all team members.

**Key responsibilities and functions**:

- Supervise and manage all aspects of daily store operations
- Responsible for approving schedules, ensuring adequate staffing
- Provide support in hiring and training of new staff
- Inventory control and efficiency of operational procedures
- Working closely alongside and becoming part of the senior management team
- Driving and modelling exceptional visual merchandising standards

**Requirements & Experience**
- Management experience in a multi-unit retail environment is preferred
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
