**Who are we?** Software editor dedicated to NPOs, Yapla markets a platform designed by and for NPOs of all sizes.
It is an all-in-one payment and management platform (AMS) that allows you to manage members, process memberships, sell tickets, collect donations and send out newsletters. With Yapla, it is also possible to manage your accounting or even create a website. Yapla was founded in 2013 and is used by over 30,000 NPOs in North America and Europe. It is supported by a team of more than 50 people mobilized to facilitate the daily life of NPOs.
**Where ?** We have offices in Montreal and Paris. But you can work from home, from any provinces in Canada. We all work remotely with the best tools available.

**Your Job**
We are looking for an Account Manager to solidify our existing team. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients as well as reaching out and building relationships with potential clients. You will be involved in every step of the sales process, from prospecting to closing of the deal. You will be involved in marketing initiatives to generate leads.
**Who We Are Looking for**
We are looking for a driven individual who has experience in sales and likes to reach out to cold prospects. As an Account Manager, excellent communication skills are a must, as you are giving the customer its first impression of who and what Yapla is. That being said, Yapla works with nonprofits and we are looking for someone who will be in tune with the values that drive us: teamwork, fun, innovation, commitment, excellence and global citizenship.
**Responsibilities**
- Reaching out to potential customers, prospecting and developing new business
- Lead screen sharing presentations and product demonstrations with prospects, both solo and with the help of Yapla experts when appropriate
- Effectively lead new opportunities through a defined sales process, and track prospect progression to close in Hubspot
- Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
- Taking part in marketing initiatives to generate leads
- Being a quality ambassador for Yapla
- Handling other duties and responsibilities related to sales
- Participate in the continuous improvement efforts of the platform through proximity to the users
- Participate in efforts to improve the customer experience
- Participate in efforts to improve sales procedures
**We'd like to talk to you if...**
- 5 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS solution sales or a technology‐related environment
- Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written (English being the most important for your role)
- Excellent video call manner, experience selling over video calls is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills, which includes good listening skills as well as verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience working with a CRM to manage sales, experience with Hubspot is a plus
- Passion for peoples and nonprofit organization
- Strong attention to details
- Able to excel in a sales work environment, being energetic and numbers driven.
