Bridge to Care Inc is a Faith-based Not for Profit Healthcare Organization that provides childcare services to families who have children/young adults with autism.
As a Team Lead, you will oversee a group of personnel working within your assigned program, and motivate them to do their job efficiently. You will provide daily objectives, develop systems for productivity that motivate new hires and seasoned workers alike and communicate any issues with upper management to reach goals effectively. Your focus will be to inspire your team to strive for excellence, while providing the tools they need to ultimately succeed in their day-to-day duties and job responsibilities.
**Job Duties**:
- Implementing strategies that team members use to achieve a goal
- Delegating tasks based on each team member’s strengths and skills and offering training necessary to complete certain tasks ( TCI, NVCI, etc )
- Inspire and motivate team members with regular encouragement, keeping the enthusiasm going by providing individualized coaching when required
- Serve as a liaison between personnel and upper management
- Monitor progress and achievements of of the team and report to upper management
- Recognize high performing team members
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Set clear team goals
- Suggest and organize team building activities

**Salary**: $21.00 per hour
