Surrey, Canada Integrated Civil Enforcement Full time

Integrated Civil Enforcement is a Court Bailiff agency appointed by the Ministry of Attorney General to enforce court actions in BC under the Sheriff Act and various other provincial and federal legislation. We are currently seeking another Office Administrator to work in our two court services offices in New Westminster and Surrey.

Job responsibilities include:

- Answer incoming calls from judgement creditors and landlords seeking enforcement assistance
- Review incoming writs for content and completion
- Create execution files for our Court Bailiffs
- Coordinate with third party vendors such as locksmiths and movers
- Book writ executions for our team
- Provide assistance and guidance to judgement creditors and landlords on process to obtain a writ or order
- Administer and swear affidavits
- File documents at the New Westminster Supreme Court
- Legal assistant
- Bylaw enforcement
- Criminology studies or degree

Ability to read/write in a second language a bonus, Mandarin, Punjabi, etc.
